Meet Justin Sparks

Meet Justin Sparks, one of our awesome agents at BST Realty LLC! His extensive background in construction and art makes it so he can help his clients visualize all the possibilities. Not only that but he’s got a soft spot for country living from having his own horses and also working with wildlife for years. That’s part of the reason Justin loves showing rural properties in addition to ones in town. He has an open and honest approach that he uses to make sure his clients fully understand the real estate process. That way, they can make the most informed decisions to reach their real estate goals!

Justin always had an interest in real estate. It seemed like a great mix of making people happy as well as offering a flexible schedule that utilized his skill set. He had built a few homes and loved understanding the inner workings of how to put a home together. In addition, his passion for wildlife preservation eventually led him down a path to art. In part, thanks to his brother gifting him some paints. Although art wasn’t a passion, it came so naturally to him. So, he made a career out of it and has owned a few art galleries on the Oregon coast and painted many beautiful murals. The combination of deeply understanding aesthetics and functionality makes him a brilliant agent to have on your side. Justin has the ability to visualize a space to understand the possibilities, and offer this invaluable perspective to his clients. 

Justin chose BST Realty LLC for many reasons. One of which was that he felt a greater sense of community and mentorship than with other brokerages he had encountered.
