Eric’s Pathway and Approach
Eric’s journey into real estate was because he felt a need to shift his career. And, his niece, Chelsea Weld, broker, was key when considering which brokerages to choose from, and eventually choosing BST Realty LLC. Eric really enjoys working with people and putting people at ease. He understands that when it comes to the buying or selling of a home, it may be one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make.
When proceeding with big decisions, Eric makes sure that his clients are comfortable and have all the information they need at their fingertips. He uses his listening skills to get a fuller picture of where his clients are coming from. Eric ensures his clients know that he’s in their corner and advocates for them every step of the way. Being on the same page is important, so that way he can help his clients achieve their dream goals.
In addition to real estate, he’s finding ways to serve his community and spending time with family. He loves seeing his grandkids play in different sports and is also active at church in children’s and youth ministries. He’s also a Board member for the Molalla Cares nonprofit and recently was appointed the City Counselor for the City of Mollala.
